Our Return Polcy

We provide the highest quality customer service for all our desserts. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return it free of charge for a full refund. Please note that you will need to pay the return shipping charges and your product must meet our requirements below in order to provide full credit.

Cakes delivered to you must have proof of signature delivery. Cakes left by shipping companies on your doorstep are not covered by our returns policy.

Refunds will be processed with the same method you used to purchase the product.

We accept items which meet the above guidelines that are returned within 15 days of delivery.

You must pay for the cost of the shipment of the item you are returning. You may use any shipping carrier or method which does not compromise the quality of the product on return.
